COMPUTER CONTROLLED AUTO EDGING

Simply set up the template and lens, specify the lens materials and frame type on the control panel, and press the START switch for automatic edging to match the template.

HIGH-SPEED LENS EDGING

The ALE-300DX uses the same high-performance plastic lens edging grindstone as the Topcon ALE-X1 Patternless Edger. It also comes with new control software that enhances efficiency, for edging that is 30% faster than previous model.

EASY EDGING OF POLYCARBONATE LENSES

A special Polycarbonate lens mode provides smooth edging of lenses made of Polycarbonate and other new materials. In this mode, Topcon-designed nozzles create a water curtain that suppresses the scattering of particles generated during the edging process.

FINISHED LENS COUNTER

In addition to lens size and other useful technical information, the intelligent display panel also includes an automatic counter that shows the total number of lenses processed and the number of lenses edged with each grindwheel. This counter provides important data that can be used to time grindwheel replacements, to determine monthly operating efficiency, etc.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE, DURABLE GRINDWHEELS

The ALE-300DX comes with three high-quality grindwheels that enable high-speed, high-quality lens edging. These grindwheels allow edging of even thick, hard lenses.

SIMPLE BEVEL ADJUSTMENT

A bevel adjustment lever provides high precision edging.
