The wide carriage provides plenty of space for four wheels, Plastic/Polycarbonate rough, Glass rough, Finishing, and Polishing, along with the versatility to handle plastic, glass, acrylic or polycarbonate lenses including the newer variation of high index lenses.

To make the working process easier and quicker in the new ALE-X1 up to 300 standard frames can be memorized.

CONVENIENT BEVEL DISPLAY

The bevel display function shows the bevel position of the finished lens before processing. Even eyeglasses with different left and right lenses can be processed visually.

FRAME REPLACEMENT MODE

The Frame Replacement mode makes frame changes simpler and easier than ever before. The shape of the finished lens attached to the block input directly into the system to enable comparison of frame and lens for immediate confirmation. This enables reshaping right up to the existing edge of the lens.

QUICK, EASY FRAME LOADING

A "One Touch" Frame holder secures the frame for perfect "on axis" tracing. Even the most delicate frames are precisely traced. Accurate 3D tracking assures a perfect fit regardless of frame curvature.

FULLY AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENT OF EVEN PATTERN AND DUMMY LENSES

Loading a pattern or dummy lens causes the measurement sensor to automatically rise. The sensor returns to its housing automatically when measurement is complete. There is no need for troublesome parts installation for specific measurement operations.
