Windows^® CE applications provide a better graphic display, more stable system, 

better support for industrial standard accessories like Bluetooth^TM ,and much more 

software available. It is easier to convert software written for other hardware. A robust 

32-bit multitasking environment allows application developers to get the best out of 

modern microprocessors design. Special consideration has been made of the power 

efficiency of the system, employing power saving technology to make the most out of

GUI (GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE) BOOST UP YOUR OPERATION

Topcon always think about the users' efficiency and productivity. Now by adopting the 

newest Windows^® CE technology Topcon could realize the GUI (Graphical User 

Interface) in Total Station. Experienced users can know how to operate the GTS-720 

series quickly and intuitively without reading again and again a thick instruction. It is 

also easy for the beginner to learn how to operate the Total Station.

GTS-720's brain Microprocessor SH7750R (177 MHz) and 64MB RAM gives you the 

quickest response. Immediate screen update for fast work without irritation.

SUPERIOR BASIC FUNCTION FOR MEASURING DISTANCE & ANGLE

GTS-720 series is provided with a measuring distance  range of 3,000 meters 

(9,900ft.) / 1 Prism. As for distance measuring time, data updates at a rate of 1.2 

seconds in the fine measurement mode. (0.7 seconds in the coarse measurement 

mode and 0.4 seconds tracking mode). This shorter measurement time will allow you 

to increase efficiency and productivity in the field.

LARGE, FULL COLOR GRAPHIC, TOUCH PANEL DISPLAY

Large 3.5 inch TFT Color LCD(240 x 320 dots) shows you many information at once 

and helps you to understand what is going on at a glance. If you are even in the bright 

sunshine, thanks to transflective type TFT-LCD, you can see the display clearly. Touch 

panel gives you easiest operation. You don't need to be irritated for looking for 

appropriate key.

POINT GUIDE FUNCTION

Topcon's Point Guide function enables you to get on line quickly and easily. Two(2) 

LED lights, one flashing and one constant, help to identify the correct alignment for 

setting out. 

LONG TIME OPERATION WITH LITHIUM-ION BATTERY AND MULTI BATTERY CHARGER

Topcon's new on-board Lithium-ion Battery BT-61Q allows 7.5 hours of continuous 

measurement in the angle / distance mode, and can last 10 hours on the job for angle 

measurement only. Universal Battery Charger BC-30 allows input voltage 

AC100V-240V and you don't neet to be worried about the difference of each countries 

voltage.
