11 bands of grade information from out of range to on grade plus an adjustable on grade width let you know right where you are every step of the way. The SmartSensor even lets you know when the laser has been bumped, or when the batteries are low !

Topcon's RL-H3A / H3B realized higher accuracy ! The accuracy of former RL-HA / HB were 10" and 15". Compared with 8" and 10" for the RL-H3A and H3B you are assured of a higher level of accuracy. And your work will be finished with a higher level of precision.
