TL-G SERIES

The series TL-G: The design of TOPCON 's long running theodolites have been changed for higher performance and operability. For a long time, TOPCON has offered the broadest line of quality theodolites in the industry and enjoyed an excellent reputation for them. Now the newly enhanced models of theodolites are introduced : the TL-G series, which are compact and durable in construction, and easy-to-operate. The series includes instruments with 6" to 30" (0.002g to 0.01g) graduations. As they are designed to be almost completely dustproof and moisture-proof, their construction is well suited for field work in rough terrain. TOPCON 's theodolites with their distinguished yellow finish are always the first choice for surveyors, civil engineers, construction crews and government agencies throughout the world.

DIRECT DIGITAL READING

For angle measurement, simply read the digits shown on the scale from left to right, and value is the result without any conversion. Furthermore, regarding the optical microscales, both horizontal and vertical circles are seen in the same field-of-view.

COAXIAL CLAMP AND TANGENT SCREW ARRANGEMENT

As clamp and tangent screw are coaxial, one-hand operation is allowed. Clamp positively clicks, and fine movement tangent screw operates smoothly. This arrangement enables quick and accurate sighting operation to the target. 

EDM DIRECTLY ATTACHED

To attached the TOPCON EDM to these theodolites, no attachment or adaptor is required. Simply remove the handle at the top of the instrument, then attach EDM directly in its place.

DUST AND MOISTURE-PROOF DESIGN

Housing is of highly effective dust and moisture prevention construction. This is one of the reasons why TOPCON is first choice by users who often work in hard conditions.

DIAMETRIC HORIZONTAL CIRCLE READING

Horizontal circle reading s by TOPCON theodolites are always the mean of two values, one from a point 180° apart from the other on the circle. So, the result is always properly compensated for any possible eccentric error in scale rotation.

AUTOMATIC VERTICAL INDEXING

Thanks to TOPCON 's automatic vertical indexing mechanism, roughly level the instrument and the precise vertical angle from the horizontal is automatically assured. Quick and positive setting is enabled.

QUICK DETACHABLE TRIBRACH

As the instrument is quickly detached from the tribrach, it is very convenient when traversing is required in the survey.

TWIN SIGHTING COLLIMATORS

Two collimator sights are provided on both sides of the telescope so that you can quickly point to the target in either normal or reverse telescope setting.
