Topcon 's Utility Lasers offer an excellent set of features to help complete pipe alignment work with ease and accuracy.

WORLD'S ONLY 3-WAY BEAM

Topcon employs a unique approach to provide vertical and horizontal laser references from its pipe laser. TP-L3G/L3A lasers have two separate Laser Diodes which generate two separate beams. The horizontal beam provides grade control for pipe alignment while the vertical beams, going up and down, act as the ideal plumb line, unaffected by sway, wind or any other environmental conditions. The plumb beams are excellent for manhole setups or micro-tunneling applications.

TP-L3G/BG GREEN BEAM

Topcon has managed an enormous breakthrough in pipe laser performance : the green beam. Fitted with a green beam, Topcon 's TP-L3G/BG is four times more visible than standard lasers. That means more speed and less trouble to set up and align pipe.

AUTOMATIC ALIGNMENT

Topcon 's TP-L3G and TP-L3A pipe lasers ease setup by providing automatic alignment with the simple press of a switch. The lasers scan Topcon 's pipe target, find the pipe's exact centerline, and lock onto it. There is no faster more reliable setup anywhere.

SURVEY - ACCURATE GRADE CONTROL

Topcon 's original angle detection encoder system gives the TP-L3 series highly accurate grade control extending from -15% to +40%, and grade adjustments within that range can be made in increments of 0.001%, adding precision to accuracy in grade control. The TP-L3 series store your grade values when switched off, so second day set-ups are a snap.
